No cookies or tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Our fonts are hosted on this website, so no information is passed to third-party font services when you visit.
Like all websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) in order to deliver pages securely. This is handled by our hosting provider under its own privacy terms and is not used by us to identify you.
Information you give us
If you email us or book a discovery call, we will receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, website and anything you tell us about your business and marketing.
Discovery calls are booked through a third-party scheduling service (Calendly). When you use it, the information you enter is processed by that service under its own privacy policy and passed to us so we can hold the call.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange and hold your discovery call.
- To provide our services if you become a client, including planning, photographing and publishing content you have approved.
- To keep appropriate business and financial records.
We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, on performing our contract with you, and on our legal obligations for record-keeping. We do not sell your information, and we will not add you to a marketing mailing list without your permission.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet legal and accounting requirements.
Who we share it with
We only share information with trusted service providers that help us run the business (for example email, scheduling and file storage services), and where the law requires it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to ask for it to be transferred. To make a request, email lily.jones@businesswithintelligence.com.
